The house sits on the side street of the housing section, a place where large yards are allowed. With beige side panels and a brown shingle roof the house doesn't appear to be anything but normal. Inside there are three bedrooms and one bath, it contains a modest kitchen, living room, and a small dining area. Covering the inside of the house are books and paper clutter, one closet contains some old weapons from Ivy's brother. The exterior returns to the normal with a small open front yard and a slightly larger fenced in back yard. There is a simple garden both in the front and back with one oak tree watching over the front.
